Emma joined Osborne Clarke in March 2019 and specializes in commercial law within the healthcare sector, with a focus on the drafting and negotiation of commercial international contracts and Corporate Compliance, particularly in anticorruption matters.
She advises on international corporate transactions and provides legal services in relation to clinical trials, regulatory matters, life science quality assurance, and other R&D related activities. She also advises on matters regarding the advertising of medicinal products and medical devices, as well as international public procurement procedures in the European Union.
Emma has worked with a variety of clients, both nationally and internationally, including a long-term relationship with one of the world leaders in plasma-based products.
She studied at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona, graduating with a law degree in 2014. In 2015 she earned a Master's Degree in Legal Practice from the same law school and a Master's Degree in International Business Law in collaboration with Freie Universität Berlin-Law.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Emma previously worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados, S.L.P. in Barcelona for 4 years.
Emma is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
