Elodie Mehala is a Senior Associate in the Employment department of Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.


She provides legal advice to French and foreign companies with respect to individual and collective employment matters such as drafting employment contracts, collective bargaining, relations with employees’ representative bodies and social aspects of corporate restructuring. She also assists clients with litigations matters. She notably had the opportunity to assist a sports association with handling sports instructors’ contracts or to assist a group of companies with an outsourcing plan of support functions.


Before joining Osborne Clarke, Elodie worked as an associate in the Employment law departments of international law firms such as PwC Société d’Avocats, Mayer Brown and Fieldfisher.


Elodie holds a Master 2 degree in Business law and a DJCE (In-house Legal Counsel Degree, University of Paris II – Assas, 2007) and a Master 2 degree in Employment law (University of Paris XI – Sceaux, 2010). She was admitted to the Hauts-de-Seine Bar in 2012 then to the Paris Bar in 2013.
