Elliott is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team, based in the Bristol office. He primarily advises clients in the tech, media and comms and the retail and consumer sectors on a range of commercial issues. He has particular experience in advising clients on data protection and e-privacy compliance, e-commerce and advertising regulation, and has advised on areas such as online behavioural advertising, comparative advertising and the use of social influencers. He also regularly assists clients in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including talent agreements, MSAs for creative services and Ad Tech services, business process outsourcing agreements (such as IT, payroll and HR), and consumer T&Cs. Elliott joined Osborne Clarke in August 2017, having previously trained at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP. He has also undertaken secondments to Colgate-Palmolive and Amazon.
