Tina advises domestic and foreign businesses on all matters of IT and Data Protection Law, Online Marketing and E-commerce.
After her legal studies in Muenster, Tina intensified her focus on IT law as research assistant at the Chair of Information, Telecommunications and Media law and in her doctoral thesis on traffic data retention. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg she worked for international law firms, a public broadcaster and the German Embassy in Seoul.
After completing her Master’s degree at Columbia Law School in New York, she worked for leading international law firms in Berlin and Munich. Her special focus is on cross-border issues in IT and Data Protection Law and with a special focus on the interface to online marketing and ad tech including new technological developments in the area of Artificial Intelligence.
Tina regularly publishes in professional and international journals and appears as a speaker at IT and Data Protection Law related conferences and seminars.
Osborne Clarke was awarded JUVE law firm of the year for use of Information Technology in 2017.
