Dr Robert Rentsch advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Robert has extensive experience in providing employment law advice in large, mid and small cap M&A transactions as well as in connection with VC transactions. He also focuses on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, negotiating works agreements with works councils, and drafting employment agreements with board members and executives. He focuses on the Tech, Media and Comms and Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors.
Robert studied law in Göttingen, Cape Coast (Ghana) and St. Gallen (ES-HSG). He obtained his Ph.D. in Employment Law at the University of Göttingen. After his legal traineeship in Frankfurt and London, he started working as a lawyer at the Employment Law department of Hengeler Mueller. Robert joined Osborne Clarke in November 2019.
