Max advises national and international clients from various industries in the field of distribution and commercial law as well as on complex plant construction and logistics projects.

In particular, he focuses on the (re)structuring of distribution systems and supply chains and advises on all other matters of (international) contract and commercial law.

He has expertise in all economic related issues. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke’s Hamburg office in 2020 as a lawyer, Max worked for a leading management consultancy in the field of corporate financial restructuring.

Max studied law at the University of Bayreuth, where he completed additional courses in economics, as well as the University of Hamburg and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (LL.M. Polish Business Law). At the University of Kiel Max earned his Dr. iur. with his thesis on comparative law.
