Dr Hendrik Greinert

Dr Hendrik Greinert advises German and international companies, groups, investors and founders on M&A transactions, joint ventures, financing rounds, restructurings as well as on commercial and corporate law.

He is experienced in founder/start-up advice, as well as corporate insolvencies and restructurings. He also advises and represents clients in contentious disputes and court proceedings, as well as in capital markets law.

Hendrik studied at the University of Osnabrück and completed his doctorate at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. Hendrik initially gained his professional experience at a major international law firm and a large traditional law firm in Hamburg, where he accompanied M&A transactions and advised clients on commercial and corporate law.
