Dominic focuses on Trade Mark, Copyright and Media Law.

Dominic has gained particular expertise in the field of artificial intelligence, which he applies in consulting in various business sectors. He advises, for example, on certification and listing of digital health applications in Germany and on drafting of BIM contracts in the real estate sector.

Dominic has been on board since 2019 and has since then advised numerous national and international companies, in particular successfully registering and defending trademarks and conducting opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Dominic studied law in Göttingen and Leuven (Belgium) and worked as Scientific Assistant and lecturer at the University of Passau, focusing on IP law since his studies. In 2019, Dominic published his doctoral thesis entitled "Robotic Journalism", which the Munich Conference of Specialist Lawyers of IT-Law awarded with the “Promotional Prize for Lawyers in the field of Information Technology Law 2019”.
