Déborah advises national and international clients on all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the real estate sector (real estate transactions, construction law, leases, etc.).

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in July 2019, Deborah was an associate in a real estate boutique law firm. In addition, before becoming a lawyer, she worked as in-house lawyer for a major real estate developer and also for a social landlord.

Déborah is a member of the Paris bar since 2018 and holds a postgraduate degree in Business law (Catholic Institute of Higher Studies, 2009), a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Engineering (University Paris-Est Créteil, 2012) and a Doctorate in Public law (University Paris Descartes, 2015) after having drafted a thesis on “The legal means to strengthen the building permits against abusive litigations”.
