Déborah Boussemart

Déborah is an associate in the Real Estate team
Deborah advises and assists French and international clients on all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the real estate sector.
She specializes in particular in negotiation of commercial leases across all sectors, including office, retail, hospitality, and logistics.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in July 2019, Deborah was an associate in a real estate boutique law firm. In addition, before becoming a lawyer, she worked as in-house lawyer for a major real estate developer and also for a social landlord.
Déborah is a member of the Paris bar since 2018 and holds a postgraduate degree in Business law (Catholic Institute of Higher Studies, 2009), a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Engineering (University Paris-Est Créteil, 2012) and a Doctorate in Public law (University Paris Descartes, 2015) after having drafted a thesis on “The legal means to strengthen the building permits against abusive litigations”.
