David is a Partner in our corporate tax practice and heads up our Private Equity Tax team. He has broad experience advising on UK and international tax issues. He joined Osborne Clarke in October 2017 having previously worked in a leading US law firm and has spent time on secondment to a private equity firm in Luxembourg.
David’s practice covers standalone tax advisory as well as transactional matters. He has a particular focus on advising private equity financial sponsors and senior management teams on all aspects of the private equity investment lifecycle from fund formations to structuring acquisitions, reorganisations, refinancings, management incentives and exits.
David is also a Chartered Tax Advisor.
