David Nisbet

David is a Partner in our corporate tax practice, with broad experience advising on UK and cross-border tax issues. He joined Osborne Clarke in October 2017 having previously worked in a leading US law firm, and is also a Chartered Tax Advisor.
David’s practice covers standalone tax advisory as well as transactional matters. He has a particular focus on advising private equity houses, management teams, investment funds, alternative credit providers and digital businesses on the tax aspects of private equity and corporate transactions, management buyouts, flotations, joint ventures, fund formations, reorganisations, finance transactions and management equity arrangements.
