Daniel is an Associate in the IP/IT/Commercial department of Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.

He is advising French and international clients on business and litigation issues relating to personal data and new technologies as well as commercial law more generally.

He regularly assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of commercial and IT contracts, including SaaS solutions, software development and hosting contracts.

Daniel was admitted to the New York Bar in April 2019, to the Paris Bar in June 2020 and has joined Osborne Clarke in October 2019.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Daniel was a trainee at two leading US and UK law firms recognized in the IP/IT field.

Daniel holds a Master 2 in Innovation Law - Industrial Property from the University of Paris-Saclay and obtained an LL.M. in IP/IT from Fordham University in New York.
