Daniel Huschen advises banks and financial institutions on banking and finance law.

He focusses on advising banks, venture debt funds, real estate and energy funds and borrowers in connection with lending, real estate, acquisition and project financing (renewable project financing) and related regulatory issues.

He represented for several years banks, savings banks and financial service providers before courts throughout Germany and advised them in connection with loan related and regulatory issues. He also acted as internal data protection officer for a law-firm.

Daniel studied law in Bonn. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, he worked for a boutique law firm in Bonn and an international law firm in Frankfurt/Main, both in the field of banking law.
