Daniel Huschen advises German and international banks, institutional investors and financial services providers on banking and financing law.

As part of Osborne Clark’s Financial Services Financing team, Daniel advises on lending, real estate, acquisition, project finance (renewable energy project finance) and related regulatory issues.

His recent work consists of participating on a series of financings for renewable energy projects in the Netherlands and other European countries. For several years, Daniel has represented banks, savings banks, financial service providers nationwide before courts and advised them in connection with credit-related and regulatory issues. He previously worked as the internal data protection officer of a law firm. His clients include banks, venture debt funds, real estate, and energy funds as well as borrowers.

Daniel Huschen studied law in Bonn. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, he worked for a boutique law firm in Bonn and an international law firm in Frankfurt / Main, both in the field of banking law.
