Injunctive relief for trade mark infringement and passing off. The claim was involved  false emails which purport to originate from our client, including claims of trade mark infringement and passing off.

Claim involving delays, service incentives and service credits.

Dispute concerning delays to a development, innovation and support contract programme for the Ministry of Justice. Multiple complex high value issues together with competing claims by the other parties for service incentive payments and service credits. Resolved following mediation.

Proptech FM Company

Dispute over earn-out consideration valued at £65m.  The dispute concerned numerous adjustments which the vendors proposed to the earnout accounts.  We represented the sellers in a 90 day expert determination process.  We successfully resolved the dispute on confidential settlement terms, which were favourable to our clients.

Successfully defended an unfair prejudice petition and an associated without notice injunction application.

Defence of multiple claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, conspiracy and breach of warranty  with an estimated value of £15m.  Successfully resolved following mediation.

International Telecoms Company

5 ICC arbitrations seeking repayment of sums paid by mistake following fraudulent traffic manipulation, obtained substantial recoveries.

Leading end to end IT services and solutions company

Dispute on IT outsourcing contract with a government agency.  The issues revolved around exit plans and associated information and are important to the future running of the contract.  Advice on strategy for expert Determination, worked with the client team to marshal evidence and drafted submissions to the Expert.  The Determinations were in our client's favour.
