Chloé Ponsart is an associate on the IP/IT team in Brussels.
Chloé specializes in data protection, IP strategic advice and litigation, the drafting of licence and transfer agreement, negotiation and revision of IT contracts, and trade secrets protection.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Chloé gained experience at a large corporate Belgian law firm in Brussels.
Chloé holds a Master from the Free University of Brussels and an LLM in Intellectual Property and ICT law from the Catholic University of Leuven. She also completed the Executive Education programme in European Data Protection at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management.
