Charlotte deals with a broad variety of commercial real
estate transactions.She works with public and private real estate
companies, landowners, pension funds and other institutions that invest
in and develop a wide range of real estate projects. Her
experience includes development acquisitions, real estate finance and
investment, acquisitions and disposals of investment portfolios and real
estate management.
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Osborne
Clarke in April 2006, having previously worked for Nabarro Nathanson and
prior to that at City law firm Richards Butler.
