Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our pensions team advising employers and trustees on all areas of pensions law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Osborne Clarke in April 2020.

Charlotte's experience covers advising on scheme mergers, buy-ins and buy-outs, transfers to master trusts, scheme closures and winding-up, scheme governance (including cyber security), internal dispute resolution procedures, reviewing commercial contracts and drafting scheme documentation. Charlotte also advises trustees and the Pension Protection Fund to progress pension schemes through the qualification process for assistance from the PPF.

She has particular expertise in acting for trustees, employers and representative beneficiaries in rectification, construction or declaratory proceedings, in which she has gained trial experience in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Charlotte is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
