Cédric Ludwig advises national and international companies in the Tech, Media and Comms and Retail sector on IT contract law, e-commerce law, copyright law and data protection law.

He focusses on the intersection of technical and legal issues as well as the implementation of digital strategies.

Cédric studied law in Münster, with a focus on IT and media law. As a legal trainee (Referendar) he worked, inter alia, for the Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW) and for a law firm specialised in IT law.
