Camilla advises clients on a mixture of advisory, contentious and transactional matters, including TUPE transfers.
She advises on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, contracts and handbook policies and dealing with various employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy appeals and allegations of discrimination.
She has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation. She acts for a wide range of UK and international clients and has worked on various international projects, including working with clients on their strategic approach to implementing global contracts and policies, and understanding the nature of their global employment obligations. Camilla qualified as an employment solicitor in September 2011 and joined the Osborne Clarke employment team in May 2013.
