Ben is an Associate Director in our Financial Institutions Group focusing on the formation and operation of alternative investment funds, co-investments, managed accounts and carried interest vehicles, with a particular focus on venture capital.
Ben has been a funds lawyer since qualification in 2011 and has advised fund sponsors focusing on a range of strategies, including venture capital, private equity, real estate and infrastructure. He also advises institutional investors on their investments in alternative investment funds across these sectors. Ben has worked as a funds lawyer in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore and has experience of fund structures in numerous jurisdictions, including UK, Jersey, Luxembourg, France, Cayman Islands and Singapore.
Ben joined Osborne Clarke in 2021 having most recently worked in-house for a global fund manager as lead fund counsel.
