Béatrice has a deep business, legal and international experience at the cutting edge of IT legal advice in both private practice and as former in-house associate general counsel of Microsoft Corporation.

Béatrice acts as counsel and litigator for French and international clients on commercial, IP and IT matters, including online/retail distribution, IT contracts, Cloud services and platforms, Internet media and entertainment, regulatory and data privacy law, mainly for clients in the TMC, Retail, Transport, Financial Services and Health sectors.

Beatrice is recognised as one of the leading IT lawyers in France, she is mentioned as ranked individual for Information Technology in Chambers Europe and Leading Individual for IT and Internet in Legal500 Europe. In 2012 she was distinguished as Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, notably for her contribution to the digital economy.

Beatrice co-founded Osborne Clarke in Paris in 2013 and held the position of Managing Partner between July 2013 and January 2020.

Education

Béatrice has a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from the University College of London and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in International Economic Law, Burgundy University. Béatrice qualified in 1993 as Conseil Juridique and was admitted to the Paris Bar.
