Partner and co-founder of Osborne Clarke Paris, Béatrice has a wealth of advisory, transactional and litigation experience in information technology, data, and digital transformation, both in private practice and as former in-house Associate General Counsel of Microsoft Corporation.

Her expertise lies not only in data privacy, technology licencing and commercial matters, but also in the complex transactions that enable the digital transformation of companies. As such, while Béatrice works closely with the Tech, Media and Communications (TMC) industry, she also builds the digital capabilities of the retail, financial services, health and transport and automotive sectors.

Her repertoire also includes IP/IT/commercial litigation and ADR,  internet and cloud services, digital media and interactive entertainment, consumer electronics and devices, digital health and robotics, retail distribution, product safety and liability, regulatory compliance, government relations and crisis management.
Having worked in New York, London, Paris and Seattle – and nearly a decade for tech giant Microsoft – Béatrice brings a unique blend of international experience, an understanding of cultural and legal nuance and in-house technical insight to her projects.

It’s why Béatrice is recognised as one of the leading IT lawyers in France, why she’s a ranked lawyer for Information Technology in Chambers Europe, a Gold Finance and Law Trophy 2020 winner, and why she is cited as a ‘Leading Individual for IT and Internet’ in Legal 500 Europe. She has also been distinguished as Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, notably for her contribution to the digital economy.

Béatrice has a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from the University College of London and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in International Economic Law, Burgundy University. Béatrice qualified in 1993 as Conseil Juridique and was admitted to the Paris Bar.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

“I’m passionate about enabling change and digital transformation, and feel it’s important to do so with a pragmatic, adaptable and business-orientated approach. Converting complexity to clarity, and making the seemingly unreachable available for all. For me, inclusivity and accessibly are key, both in terms of the work I do for my clients, and society in general. As a board member of The European Network for Women in Leadership for more than 10 years, I aim to continually champion diversity and gender equality.”
