Anne-Laure specialises in corporate law and M&A.

Anne-Laure has experience in intra-group restructurings, including pre-transaction reorganisations and post-acquisition integrations (including capital increase/decrease, mergers, partial contributions of assets, transfer of going-concerns, contributions).

She also advises French and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (share or asset deals, both on seller and purchaser’s sides, and shareholders’ agreements).

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Anne-Laure worked in the M&A/Corporate team of Baker & McKenzie (Paris).

Anne-Laure is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a Master II degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris XI, the University of Montreal and the EDHEC Business School.
