Ann is a member of our Real Estate and Infrastructure team at Osborne Clarke. She joined our Hong Kong Office as a legal consultant in November 2018 transferring from our London office where she was a partner.
Ann has a wealth of experience, over 20 years, covering Investments, complex leasehold agreements, equity financing, property litigation and construction.
International investors rely on her strong knowledge and experience for their real estate projects in France and other European countries, such projects have involved – investing/divesting in different type of real estate asset classes covering retail, offices, mixed-use schemes, distribution centers and hotels whether stabilized or under development. Because of her experience in construction matters, she is able to advise investors on construction agreements and on how to manage critical situations when major construction defects arise. Her portfolio of experience also includes advising luxury retailers on flagship investments in major European cities.
Ann has also advised the “Eurodisney and Pierre & Vacances” joint venture on the new Villages Nature Resort developed next to Disneyland Paris this involved equity financing together with complex lease agreements. The construction site was inaugurated by Mr. Manuel Valls, French PM.
More recently, Ann has advised a number of investment firms, individual investors and major retailers on their real estate projects and investments across France, Belgium and United Kingdom.
Ann started her career with Clifford Chance (Paris, France), then practiced as a partner at Orrick (Paris, France), SJ Berwin/King & Wood Mallesons (Paris and London) and Osborne Clarke (London, UK).
She is a registered foreign lawyer with the Hong Kong Law Society and a member of the Paris Bar as an Avocat.
