Anika Quak specialises in competition law and intellectual property.

She represents and advices national and international companies regarding all matters relating to unfair competition law, copyright law and patent law.

Anika Quak studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich with an emphasis on competition law, intellectual property and media law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. During that time she worked in the IT and Data Protection department at Osborne Clarke.

She joined Osborne Clarke as an attorney in 2020.
