Andy is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's banking and finance practice. He specialises in receivables finance, asset-based lending, specialty finance and trade finance.
Andy has experiencing advising clients based in the UK and internationally. He acts for lenders, including clearing banks, challenger banks, independent ABLs, specialist lenders, other non-bank and alternative lenders, agents and account banks as well as advising corporate borrowers.
He has acted for both borrower and lender clients on a wide range of bilateral and syndicated form trade and working capital products and alternative lending structures. He also has experience advising UK banks, specialist lenders and market entrants on the development and implementation of template documentation for asset-based funding products.
I support clients with the negotiation and implementation of working capital facilities and asset-based funding solutions to unlock growth and development potential for businesses across a range of sectors.
