Andrew is a Partner in the London office, advising clients on employment law, nationally and internationally.

Andrew has 30 years’ experience advising corporate clients and FTSE 100 employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, from the formation of the relationship through to termination. Andrew also has a special interest in re-engineering how we deliver legal services to clients.

He has led the employment relationship for a major financial institution for 12 years, managing a large and varied litigation caseload, and has held similar roles for multi-national clients in the transport infrastructure, aviation and retail sectors.

Andrew believes that clients are looking for something different from their legal advisers, both in the employment field and generally in the commercial sector. He helps clients across the UK better manage their legal risk, with clarity and certainty.
