Amy is an Associate in the Employment team at Osborne Clarke.

Amy works with a number of start-up and high profile clients, often in the Tech, Media and Comms sectors.

Amy advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters including employment tribunal work, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, employment related data privacy issues (as a key member of the firm’s ‘GDPR for HR’ team) and employment law issues arising in corporate transactions. She also regularly drafts and negotiates settlement agreements and principal employment documentation including employment contracts, HR policies and staff handbooks.

Amy joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2018, undertaking four seats including employment and corporate. Amy qualified into the Employment team in September 2020.
