Alessandra’s practice focuses on advertising and industrial property rights, with particular reference to trade marks and brands, copyright, media and entertainment. She has developed her skills in relation to various operational and legal aspects of information technology and e-commerce, computer software, videogames and data bases.

She acts for major brands , both Italian and foreign, present in the retail, digital business, media,  hotel and leisure sectors.

Alessandra joined Osborne Clarke in 2015 and brought to the firm her experience working in other firms as well as in-house where she dealt mostly with issues of software licensing and assisting in the negotiation and drafting of assignments of rights and licences and rights management.

Alessandra spent a period studying at the Universidad de Navarra, Spain and in 2013 took part in a Masters in intellectual property law (LL.M.) at the University of Washington, USA.
