Aleksandra Piech

Aleksandra specializes in IT and data related issues. She advises clients on all aspects of data processing, data security, cloud computing as well as drafts and negotiates IT contracts.

Aleksandra is passionate about new technologies that is why from very beginning of her career she was involved in IT related matters. Starting from public procurement, through drafting and negotiating contracts, to data processing and data security. 

Aleksandra has over seven years of experience in advising clients on various matters related with new technologies. She is an expert in data processing law - advises clients form different sectors on broad variety of cases, including daily advice as a data protection officer, preparation of internal documentation as well as handling data breaches.

Aleksandra’s experience also covers advisory on data security by conducting audits of compliance with cybersecurity regulations as well as fulfilment of ISO standards. She also specializes in IT contracts and cloud computing. She has been a part of the working group appointed by Polish Bank Association creating a „Polish Cloud” - a guidebook for banks on how to implement cloud in their organizations.
