Akshay specialises in transactions and advisory in mergers & acquisitions, employment and corporate restructuring.

He has worked with clients ranging from start-ups to listed companies in fields as diverse as Edutech, Fintech, Healthtech and Agritech. Much of his work is cross-border in nature, reflecting Singapore’s role as a hub for companies with international operations and customer bases.
