Aisling advises insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, creditors, and other stakeholders on restructurings, contingency planning, and insolvency.
Aisling has advised on a wide range of sectors, including retail, energy (including engaging in the SOLR process with OFGEM), real estate and infrastructure, and financial services. Some of Aisling's more significant assignments have involved advising on complex cross-border issues.
