Adélaïde Lonnoy

Adélaïde is a Senior Associate in the IP/IT/Data and Commercial-litigation teams at Osborne Clarke Belgium. She assists clients in their intellectual property law and commercial disputes, mainly in complex national and pan-European IP disputes.

Having built a valuable expertise through years of practice in the IP disputes team of a top tier Benelux law firm, Adélaïde has experience in a broad range of sectors and advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on litigation across all IP rights.

Adélaïde has experience in patent and trademark disputes, and has acted for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, food, audio-visual and automotive sectors, at various levels of Belgian courts, and before the European Patent Office and the Benelux Intellectual Property Office.

She advises clients at each stage of their innovation, from the identification of their IP assets, their protection and monetization through solid contracts, up to their enforcement.
