Lise is a partner in the Tech, Media and Comms department at Osborne Clarke, where she leads the Fintech practice.

She advises businesses active in the new data-driven industries and innovative technologies, in particular Fintech, cryptobusinesses and blockchain. She has a recognized expertise on payments and e-money regulations, as well as on data management and privacy. Her expertise also includes cybersecurity, coming in particular from her knowledge of sensitive sectors such as mobile and online banking & payments, online gambling or digital health.

Lise assists clients in drafting and negotiating their strategic partnerships, obtaining licenses or exemptions, structuring their activities and new projects on the regulatory aspects. More generally, she assists her clients in their regulatory and technical compliance and risk management efforts, either in the context of internal governance or in response to supervisory authorities (ACPR & Banque de France, CNIL, etc.).

Lise advises clients ranging from dynamic new business start-ups through to multinational groups.

Lise joined Osborne Clarke in October 2016 as a partner after developing her own independent practice in Paris during 18 months. She had previously worked with expert IT & Fintech law firms in Paris and Brussels.

She regularly speaks at conferences, publishes articles and teaches as an assistant lecturer in her areas of expertise.
