The challenge of meeting regulatory compliance obligations, is something that every business is facing. Mandatory legal requirements are increasing as is the pressure from stakeholders to be a good corporate citizen. This requires an up-to-date grip on new developments; for example, the growing area of environmental, social and governance (ESG) measures that now form an important part of every business's compliance framework and play an inherent role in corporate strategy.
Osborne Clarke's Global Compliance team works across a broad range of regulatory disciplines and with a wide range of regulators. We can advise on current and developing risks that regulation creates, manage these in a commercial way and liaise with regulators.
