Kim is an associate in The Built Environment sector in our Amsterdam office.

Kim specializes in the various aspects of real estate. She mainly advises national and international clients on acquisitions and disposals of real estate, project developments and the lease of residential and business premises (from advice to litigation). Her advice is pragmatic and client-orientated.

She studied Dutch law at the University of Utrecht, and did part of her studies in Melbourne at Monash University, where she focused on construction- and international private law.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2018, Kim worked as an associate at Loyens & Loeff in the Real Estate team.

Kim is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals and FRESH Professionals.

Kim has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
- Real Estate law

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
