Julia Jolley

Having specialised in real estate for the last 14 years, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our market-leading residential development practice.

Julia works with a number of top PLC and regional house-builders and investors on high profile and complex transactions and projects nationwide. She advises on all aspects of immediate land acquisitions and strategic land projects including overage, joint ventures, promotion and hybrid agreements, affordable housing and collaboration agreements.

Julia's practice is central to Living & Regeneration, which is at the heart of the form's real estate practice strategy and is a key growth area, with government commitments to infrastructure-led regeneration. As an expert in residential property and after acting for banks and insolvency practitioners for a number of years prior to her current role, Julia is often called upon for her advisory skills in banking and corporate transactions.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I am the firm's Account Manager for Vistry Homes and lead contact for several BDW Divisions. My vast sector knowledge and experience means I really understand their core business and recently, these relationships have been strengthened by our aligned commitment to diversity and inclusion.

As co-Chair of our gender network, I seek to champion equality for all (with a gender focus) both in the legal profession and in the wider business community. I work closely with the firm's leadership team and with clients to help further gender initiatives. I am particularly passionate about the support offered to women to progress through to senior leadership roles.

I have worked with our OC Solutions team to create a more efficient approach to real estate post-completion and infrastructure instructions through a centralised on-line reporting process for our PLC housebuilding clients.
