Deborah Harvey

Deborah is an Associate Director in our Projects team. She is Co-Head of our international Energy Innovation subsector and leads our Hydrogen group. She is also a core member of our Decarbonisation team and our Energy Regulatory Advisory Group.

Deborah specialises in energy sector transactions and agreements and advises on a range of commercial and regulatory energy matters across a range of technologies, including in respect of complex route to market arrangements, asset optimisation agreements, grid connections, energy management services, private network arrangements, heat offtake agreements, incentives and industry regulation and licensing. She also provides clients with support in relation to transaction management and structuring, and deal execution.

With a decade of experience as a lawyer in the energy sector, including four years as in-house counsel for ENGIE, Deborah works at the very forefront of the energy market with energy suppliers, innovative market access providers, commercial customers, developers, investors and funders. She also supports electric vehicle clients on the energy aspects of their projects.

She is a member of the Association for Decentralised Energy.
