David is recognised as a "Rising Star" in the legal 500

"You are the 'go to' construction lawyer for the group as your sound technical knowledge coupled with your appreciation of your client and our approach to disputes, whether defending or pursuing recovery, works well. Your ability to assimilate a large amount of information and direct us, as your client, to the essential points and a realistic outcome assists in both managing expectations and targeting a return on the investment in legal fees." - Nick Mullen, Deputy General Counsel, Barratt Developments PLC

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I help clients deal with the challenges of claims and disputes as they arise, some of which involve novel issues of practice or law. I also help clients identify, manage and learn from risk issues and experiences so that claims in future can be avoided or reduced.
