Annebeth is a lawyer in our Litigation & Arbitration practice based in Amsterdam. Annebeth conducts legal proceedings for retailers, banks and real estate funds and advises on civil law disputes, including disputes relating to termination of distribution agreements and other continuing performance contracts, agency law disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability and conflicts of jurisdiction.
Annebeth joined Osborne Clarke and qualified as a Dutch lawyer in 2016. She has a Master’s degree in private law from the University of Amsterdam and did part of her studies in Sydney at the University of New South Wales. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Annebeth worked as a lecturer in contract law at the University of Amsterdam and as a lecturer in consumer law at VU University. Annebeth did internships with the legal department of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with an international law firm.
Annebeth has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

– General legal practice
Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
