Alex Underwood

Alex is an Associate Director in the Corporate team specialising in M&A in energy and infrastructure. Alex has spent over a decade working in these sectors, including four years in-house in two energy and technology innovation enterprises.

Alex leverages his technical and industry knowledge, working with funds, developers, investment managers, Capacity Market participators and energy supply companies across solar, wind, hydro, AD, gas and other natural resources. Alex's practice includes investments, buying or selling projects, development opportunities, companies or provision of goods and services across energy and infrastructure.

Alex is co-founder of the energy innovation and technologies subsector, and is part of an OC team looking at digital transformation across the energy industry.
