We are looking to reinforce the IP/IT & Data protection team with an associate with at least three years of work experience. Applicants who have worked on data protection projects are especially encouraged for this position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory or IP law in one of Osborne Clarke's key sectors, such as Life Sciences or Financial Services. You will meet clients active in Tech, Media & Communications, Life Sciences, and Financial Services. You will be challenged, have a range of responsibilities, learn a lot and get a sense of what it means to be a sector-focussed, future-proof lawyer.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a true team player, with an international mind-set;
  • is eager to learn and be innovative and dares to think outside the box;
  • is fluent in English and French (in addition to strong Dutch);
  • has a Master's degree in law in Belgium with excellent academic results;
  • has good oral and written communications skills;
  • has a good sense of humour and is fun to work with.
