You'll be one of 4 trainees.
Trainee salary
Competitive in the Thames Valley market, in your first year you will receive £36,500 and in your second year you will receive £38,500 pa.
Rotation
4 x 6-month seats. You'll do seats in Corporate, Litigation, and Real Estate plus one other.
Seats
Currently in Thames Valley we have 4 seats plus one secondment, split as follows:

1 seat in each of the following: Commercial, Corporate, Litigation and Real Estate

1 secondment to Computer 2000
In the last 12 months, we have also had a seat in Employment.
