I really liked the people that I met, when I came to my interview. They were so down to earth. The fact that there’s no strict hierarchy comes across immediately and I got the impression that it would be a supportive atmosphere. People challenge you at OC, but they’re not trying to catch you out. Everyone wants you to succeed.
