We are currently acting for a new Local Investment Finance Trust (which gains private investment in infrastructure for NHS facilities) and advising regarding the recently introduced UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

The advice we give includes structuring and negotiation of transactions, asset management and (working closely with our property tax  and corporate specialists) advice for individuals and groups of investors on the most tax-efficient investment schemes available.

Our investment team is of a size that we can manage large investment property transactions and portfolios efficiently and quickly. • Acquisition of Oriental Shopping Centre by Development Securities for a price in excess of £25m and advisiing on vacant possession strategy
• Advising on the acquisition of the of CIS Principal portfolio by Warner Estate Holidings Limited for nearly £160m, comprising 10 investment properties and 105 leasehold liability propertiesOffice site for in excess of £12.5m
