Associated British Ports

Advised on planning for two major South Wales Infrastructure projects that impact on Associated British Ports' strategic ports at Newport and Swansea.

Cintra / Meridiam consortium

Advised on its bids for the N25 New Ross PPP and the M11 Gorey PPP in Ireland, both being TEN-T projects, with the former being structured to achieve the credit rating required for the EIB's PBCE financing.

Brighton and Hove Council

Acted on the new waterfront project, a plan to relocate the conference centre.

Balfour Beatty Plc

Advised on part of the £183.9m Vinci contract to transform Gatwick Airport's Pier 1 in the South Terminal. The project is the largest capital investment since the airport's change of ownership three years ago.

QinetiQ Limited

Acted for QinetiQ in relation to a sale of part of its main site, Cody Technology Park.
