Telecoms is a highly regulated sector and our clients want to know they’re compliant. We work with leading telecoms operators, mobile service providers, platform providers, infrastructure companies and technology suppliers around the world. It’s an exciting market driven by technology and convergence. Our aim is to help our clients take advantage of the opportunities presented by providing new digital services and content to consumers and business users.

Our team advises on regulatory and competition issues, supports transactions such as on MVNO/MVNA arrangements and regulated procurement for network access and is highly experienced at handling regulatory and commercial contract disputes.

The global nature of the telecoms industry means that our work is increasingly international. As well as helping foreign providers enter the European markets, we regularly advise on projects outside Europe.

Our lawyers have excellent technical skills and take a practical and commercial approach to our clients’ business issues. Many of our lawyers have worked within the industry and have a deep understanding of the technology, business strategies and challenges faced by telecoms businesses.
