
Nadine is head of Osborne Clarke's Property practice group. She specialises in property finance and secured lending work.
Her broader experience covers buying and selling commercial property for investors and owner-occupiers; commercial landlord
and tenant law; property development; handling the property aspects of corporate transactions and acting for banks and receivers
in insolvency situations.
Recent work has included acting for Warner Estate Holdings Plc in connection with the formation of a regional office fund
with the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc (comprising six large regional office buildings). She acts for Close Property Investment
and recently advised on the formation of Quartet Commercial Properties Plc and the acquisition by the Quartet Partnership
of a portfolio of 13 properties.
Other work includes advising Eurostar (UK) Limited on the management of its properties. She has also acted for Allied Irish
(UK), National Westminster Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland on the provision of loan facilities to assist in property acquisitions.
Nadine trained at David Elton and Wineman, qualifying in 1984. She moved to Nicholson Graham & Jones in 1988, becoming a partner
in 1989. Nadine joined Osborne Clarke's property team in March 1999.
