Peter specialises in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.  He handles a wide range of domestic and cross-border commercial disputes for clients across all industry sectors.  He has particular experience in relation to the technology, telecoms, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and financial services sectors.

Peter's clients include multinationals, listed companies, SME's and leading professional organisations.  He has substantial knowledge and experience of the increasingly important area of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Peter is independently acknowledged as a "leading individual" by Legal 500 and Chambers directories, and described as "tough and knowledgeable" and "a real problem solver" by clients.

Peter qualified in 1988 at Linklaters.  He joined Osborne Clarke from Nabarro Nathanson where he headed the Thames Valley office Litigation Department.
